Bought one for my wife for Christmas. It was DOA, so I'll take it back to Wal-Mart. After reading the other reviews, I think I'll just take the money and look for something else. Luckily, the slippers I got her fit.

I received one of these as a gift and didn't attempt to load pictures onto it until several months later. The device wasn't being recognized by the computer, so I called customer service. My tech was friendly and helpful. He tried two or three different solutions, and when none of those worked, he sent me a brand new wide screen version of the device at no cost. I received it in two days and it worked beautifully! As far as the picture quality goes, it's decent. Don't expect to load shots of large groups of people and expect to see everyone clearly, but for face shots of four or fewer people per pic, it's really pretty convenient.

The picture quality is clear and it is very easy to use. I use only face shots and they all look great! What can you expect from such a small screen. It is worth it just to be able to show off all the grandkids and pets! Worth $20 bucks!

This item was exactly what I was expecting:

Small, simple operation, stripped down features
Light, relatively indestructable
Decent image quality (nothing fancy, but does the job)

I would buy again for someone else (though maybe not 'till it goes down to $10 or less!).

I agree with other reviews. The picture quality is horrible. If you have a picture with just one person in a close up, you can tell who it is. It is not worth the money.
