It is one of the best Digital Album Frame out there with large 12 inch display.. Takes alot of input, USB, SD, Flash Card etc.. Has many programmable features. The picture display is very clear with high resolution. Also plays background music, video clips etc.. I have it working for more than 2 months continiuosly with no hicups.

This item does not function as advertised. The remote control does not function and it will not open folders. The same folder continues to rotate through the slide show. Other folders cannot be accessed. I have returned it and am waiting for a refund.

I went to the CTA web site and downloaded the Users Manual for the MI-PF15 such that I could fully understand the functionality of the unit before I made a purchase. Satisfied with the functionality, I purchased the MI-PF15. The Users Manual that came with the frame was identical to the one that I reviewed online. The CTA frame lacks many function that are described in the CTA MI-PF15 User Manual.

Such as:
1) There is no Video Out on the frame and no setup screens for video. The User Manual describes the selection of NTSC, PAL,S-Video, YPBPR, and RGB for VGA.
2) There is no Folder Repeat option as indicated in the User Manual
3) etc.

Otherwise the unit is OK.

I tried to order this product twice and each time it came with dead pixels. I am very disappointed. I gave up on this product and am looking for something else. Picture quality would have been fine. Do note that the contrast ratio is 450:1 so the color isn't as vibrant as your monitor. However, I believe that it is customary in the digital frame market.
