I wasn't sure about this product when I purchased it, but am sure glad that I did. I use it frequently to transfer pictures when a card reader is not available. It's a fast connection via USB to my computer. I prefer 1000% over the connection cords for both of my cameras (Kodak & Nikon). It is very easy to use and is an excellent value.

Briefly stated, this is a GREAT value for anywhere around $15. I bought two and used one in recent travels. One GB allows me to take about 500 photos with my HP digi-camera. Before using a 1GB memory card I was using 512MB, which allowed me to take less than 200 photos. So, with both the 1GB card and the USB unit I am way ahead of where I was! No more "worries" about capacity for photos -PLUS- having the USB gizmo for easy photo transfer to whatever device accepts USB connex.
