I downloaded the software for the mac. When I ran it the first time the pictures on the key chain overlapped so I deleted them and tried again. This time the software hung and I had to force it to quit. The key chain was then itself in a loop and there was no way to reset it. This is really a poor design. (The review form won't let me rate this zero but that is my real rating)

Terrible color display (P. Allard, 2008-12-07)

The Tao 89862 has a very poor quality color display. It must be held at the absolute correct angle or it is very distorted. Even when viewed full face the quality is minimal. The vertical lines are distracting and the color is not very bright. I have an older Tao that is so far superior in viewing quality but the battery will no longer take a charge. That's why I bought another Tao. If I could, I would return the new one in a heartbeat.

Great Idea For ME (Dirtbike girl, Washington Pa, 2008-11-07)

I got this for my boyfriend because he is going away to college and he will not be home so I decided to let him take me along sort of and he puts my pictures in the car with him driving so this is a little safer. I love this product. It was quick and easy and fun to use. I excited to give it to him on Christmas.

This product was purchased for my mom. It was easy enough for her to use and turned out great. It is a small screen so you have to watch what pictures you put on it. But she has a lot of close ups of her dogs and her children so those worked out perfectly. It scratches easily so I purchased a screen saver for a cell phone and just cut it to size, worked out perfectly. It was easy to use and don't suck up too much battery life. I would recommend.

Poor Support for broken device (Veekan Eldridge, Massachusetts, 2008-07-01)

Product was purchased and had display problems on the hardware level as well as button defects on the device out of the box (before we had even loaded anything). Tech support was contacted and started a return merchandise authorization but then stopped responding to the matter even when a case number was reffered to.

End result. A gift that does not work and no way to fix it aside from buying another one.
