I am satisfied because at this price this device has many useful features. My only concern is that I bought it to download books from audible but the device is not listed and I can't use it to hear or read my books. I tried to sync from my computer but then the music file doen't show the files it reads as empty. I would like some help so I can use this device more effiently.

The product is okay. You get what you pay for. It is an okay mp3, and okay video player. Software is a little non working, and takes a while to navigate. I still can not get a book on to it. I am okay with it. It does what I needed it to be.

Cracked screen - no support - cheap (Perspective2020, Ottawa, Canada, 2008-05-30)

Of course the good thing about this product is - its cheap, thats why I bought it in the first place. It worked well but then I accidentally cracked the screen. I did not have any replacement warranty or any other insurance. I am still trying to use it - blind but its a lot of pain.

I was not at all pleased with the ebook reader that is "supposed" to be on this device! I wish someone could really give me an idea of how I am to put a book on here, and be able to see it!

So I originally bought this item because I wanted an inexpensive video MP3 player. It turned out to be a great buy. The first one that I bought was defective, but Amazon sent me another one without any hassle. Once I got it started I was impressed. The 2GB is more than enough and the quality of the video is amazing. It was a good buy.
